great beds comfortable couch central location unpleasant smell limited cleaning unclean bathroom
i really liked the great beds! a comfortable couch was also in the room. it was a nice place close to the bus, metro and train. there were also some very nice restaurants nearby.
the cleaning was only done once of 5 days.. i also didn't like the unpleasant smell in the room. the bathroom trash wasn't cleaned properly.

The room felt spacious. i appreciated the supermarkets nearby like fresco and life. the staff were professional and friendly!!! housekeeping was daily. Fresh towels, water, and tea were provided even if cleaning was skipped.

Excellent amenities and great service
friendly staff food options
I found the washing facilities very convenient, as were the coffee and ice stations available. The hotel is also close to public transport links, simplifying travel in the area. I especially liked the wide selection of food options nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly.

My room featured a Comfortable bed. The room size was adequate, a wonderful place to rest after a long day. It provided everything i needed, the experience was great.

The location was convenient to a supermarket. It was also close to a shopping street. A seven eleven sat in front of the hotel, this was very convenient, though the parking was expensive!

The hotel personnel spoke fluent English. They provided excellent service when needed, they were so polite. I really felt comfortable and at ease. This was important to me.

The hotel offered complimentary coffee. Very delicious. There were washing facilities to use as needed. The breakfast offered was japanese styled, i really enjoyed it and was grateful.

The staff were excellent regarding their manners and area knowledge. They were helpful when sending our luggage to the next stop. The breakfast area was well-stocked with various foods from Japan and the continental selection. The rooms were clean and tidy. the beds were comfortable!
